Temagami Fly-In Fishing Adventures

Location

Temagami is located on Highway 11 about 100 km north of North Bay which averages drive time of 1 hour.  If you are driving from Toronto, the average drive time is just under 5 hours via Hwy 11 all the way.

If you are driving from the USA and crossing the border at Sault Ste Marie, Temagami will be just over 5 hours after clearing Canadian Customs.  You would take Hwy 17 east, past Sudbury and then north on Hwy 11 to Temagami.  

Once you arrive in Temagami, you can connect with Lakeland Airways.  They operate a De Havilland Beave on floats and provide charter flights to numerous fly-in lodges and outpost camps throughout the Temagami region and into Quebec.

Fly From Toronto

The Earlton Temiskaming airport is located 1 hour's drive north of Temagami and the North Bay Airport is located 1 hour's drive south.  You could fly wheel plane from any of the Toronto area airports, direct to either North Bay or Temiskaming and arrange ground transportation to Temagami.  Or you could take an Amphibious Float Plane from Toronto's Billy Bishop airport direct to your Temagami area lodge, your cottage or outpost camp.            Request A Charter Quote.

Fly From Sudbury

A cheaper and more convenient transportation option would be taking a scheduled airline flight from Toronto to Sudbury.  You could then connect with True North Air Service for a float plane charter flight to your Temagami area lodge or cottage.  Temagami is just over 5o air miles east of Sudbury so the charter flight would be far more cost efficient.     Request A Charter Quote.
